This why "King Arthur" sucked balls. No shining armor, no holy grail, all this false tries to make it look "realistic". John Boorman's Excalibur is a true and epic Arthurian movie. Fuck realism. It's a tale that should leave you impressed and inspired! This is my favorite fantasy movie.

Amazing- One of my favourite movies since I first saw it as a kid. This is my favourite scene. A decaying land is reborn as the King roused by the holy grail rides to his last battle. The flowers bloom, springtime comes once again. "The land and the King are one." Better than historical accuracy. Myth, magic and fantasy- a timeless Arthur. I love this film!!!!!!!!:D Great post!

Let's be honest here. ANYONE can sing a cover. In the late 60's John and Yoko were having major problems with their relationship. John wanted to say sorry and wrote this song. John does sing this with more passion because the song is about HIS life and loves. Bryan Ferry say's of this release that it is a tribute to John Lennon. It was released months after his death and, to me, cash in springs to mind.
