This clip shows why Blackadder is the best British comedy, and why it's still funny today :)

SPOILER ALERT Blackadder indeed cleverly "reveals" the nurse to be the spy, and she is taken away; but afterward, they find out that Lt. George has been unwittingly passing information in his letters to his German uncle in Munich. The story has more twists than some very twisted thing with lots of twists in it!

Tim McInnerny is credited as playing Captain Kevin Darling in the closing credits of Blackadder Goes Forth. I know because I just checked. "i have every season on DVD, the Back and Forth special, AND the Christmas special." Really? Melchett says "Goodbye, Kevin Darling" in the final episode. It sounds like you're just talking rubbish.

He should have been famous with Blackadder not as Mr. Bean.

I can't believe that this dry, sarcastic wit of Atkinson was also the silly Mr Bean!

No, he doesn't, he says "Von Darling" -- insinuating he's a german.

I'm sure its Darling, it wouldn't make sense for a certain scene in this very season (the conversation between Darling and Melchett with Melchett talking about his fiancee being his "darling") to be funny if it was actually Dowling. Just my opinion I thought i'ld throw out, even though the talk is over.
