For all the people living pay check to pay check, like me: Buy alcohol and cigarettes. Go to the local drug store like Rite Aide or Walgreens, and buy whatever is on sale. If you live in a Hispanic neighborhood, then buy Tequila. If you live in a white neighborhood, then buy Scotch and Vodka. They will be worth there weight in gold when the dollar collapses. Yes I know. But unfortunately most people think it refers to how much oil is in the ground. The large majority of easy, high grade oil has been harvested. Some very intelligent, knowledgable men, like T Boone Pickens and Mathew Simmons say the world is not far from very serious oil problems. We will see. One thing I believe, Saudi Arabia and other middle eastern countries are lying about their reserves. Nobody really knows but them.

Peak oil does not mean that the oil is running out. Peak oil just means that it takes more money to extract the OIL out of the ground than selling them and make a profit thats what PEAK oil really means. Many people think that peak oil means that the oil is running out but its not true. It just mean that extracting them is starting to COST more than selling them.
