Why do we all deserve to burn for an eternity in Hell? Answer that one question with an intelligent response. Yes, some are evil but no one deserves to suffer for eternity. Anyone who would damn a fellow sentient creature to an eternity in of torture can only be considered evil. Sending all these people to hell is like giving jay walkers a death sentence accept instead of dying they will be tortured forever. God turns NO ONE away who comes to Him with a sincere heart. He loves each and every one of us. NO sin is too big for Him to forgive. His sacrifice was so great, it covers the sins of the whole entire world throughout all time. He is no regular, sinful man who happened to be crucified. HE is a Holy GOD in human flesh who NEVER sinned. Who was not just crucified, but was spiritually seperated from God the Father on the cross. He paid for all of our sins when he deserved none.

I agree Dinosaur66. People seem to have a hard time understanding that according to God's morality (absolute Holiness), it is absolutely FAIR for ALL of us to go to hell. We are ALL sinners. We ALL deserve hell. That is FAIR. What's "unfair" is Grace. Grace is how God saves people from what they deserve (hell). All we have to do is turn to Him for saving. He promises to forgive and save ALL who come to Him ...EVERYONE! People should understand they do NOT deserve heaven.

I think there is a difference between not being able to hate and simply choosing not to hate. Does somebody who loves grape jelly and always chooses it have their free will taken away to choose other flavors? If you made grape jelly, wouldn't you prefer to invite grape jelly lovers to your house instead of raspberry lovers? I think it is less than mindless to discount God simply because you don't have the capacity to understand His morality (which really, none of us do!).

This video is not only great, but the resulting debate about heaven, hell, and free will is really a hoot. Sort of like a group of blind men arguing over their different perspectives of an elephant in the room. Those who read and accept the Bible may have an edge over those who do not, but none of us can every really know the complete picture...which is why having faith is such an important part in being saved.

Some people just don't get it. If they don't, they might in the future. Many of the people I know weren't truly followers until mid 30s-40s. It's never wise to pressure someone into believing though. I think we can both agree on that. :)

Oh, and God is not just "a man" ..... He is GOD. Creator of the entire Universe and all that is in it. He is Creator of all living things, and the angels in heaven too. He is not like you or me at all. AT ALL. He is GOD. The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. He is the only One Who can throw your soul into eternal hell. So if your gonna fear anyone, fear Him. Luckily, He loves us all. And that's why He did everything He did to save us.

We all need to realize that God didn't HAVE to create us. We owe our very lives to Him. You'd think more people would be grateful to exist. And would show that gratefulness to their Creator. On top of that, now that we're here, we sin. Yet God even saves us from OUR OWN sin by taking our punishment FOR US (on the cross). He became the sacrifice for our sins. And all He asks of us is to love Him. TRULY love Him. He wants His children to love Him sincerely in their hearts. God is Love.

First, God does not send people to hell for "showing their opinions". God sends people to hell because they have unforgiven sin. And NO sin, nothing unholy, can enter God's holy heaven. Second, God DOES allow people to have freewill and DOES allow people to hate him - that's the choice we all have here on earth.
