As a man who claims Tesla as one of his top 5 bands ever I'd say "Great Radio Controversy" is the best, an album u can listen to all the way thru. "Mechanical Resonance" I'd say is a close second, their first major release, a bit less polished but still awesome.

Tesla is unique in that they sound exactly the same live as they do in studio. So damn good it makes you go crazy ! Oh yeah, Fuck Marconi the stealing little bitch and Fuck history for ignoring Nikola...long live the "Man out of Time"...he was GREAT !

I was in high school when tesla came out and even today they are one of my top 3 favorite bands of ALL time.What really locked it in for me was when they played MTVunplugged.For those who dont know it was a show on mtv where the band had to play acoustic with no help.ALOT of bands sucked when they played that show----but not TESLA--they KICKED ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been a fan ever since.
