Sixx:AM is a great band and so is this song. The Heroin Diaries is an eye opener for those of us who don't know what drugs are like. I'm reading it right now and it's amazing that Nikki is still alive. Some of the stuff he's done is beyond compare. I thought a couple pills a day was bad but damn...Nikki done it all. He's really lucky to be living and his new band is AMAZING and I love 'em.

I have no clue to Nikki/Motley Crue's relevance to rock legends like Hendrix. I am no musician. Slash, the same. From what I understand, Paul Kossoff was a heroin addict, but unfortunately he died and that was before "multimedia" I think. Seriously, I'm glad Slash and Nik survived to tell the tale. But being a rock musician (as Hendrix, Koss, Tommy Bolin, Janis), I guess, to fans it gets to be a bit much with these more recent people. Sorry, I think my depression is talking.

Not that I don't adore Nikki, but while Vince was busy being an alcoholic. So was Mick Mars, and Tommy and Nikki both were constantly strung out on mixtures of drugs. So really, Nikki didn't have to put up with anything. hahahaah nikki and tommy were also alcholics read some of there books and you will find that out, drinking a bottle of jack a night isn't what normal non alcolics do, they were also smashed most of the time.
