Hi "Bunchie1966", the entire lp "Mystery Girl" that this is from has Jeff Lynne's hands all over it. As did the other lp "King Of Hearts" in 1992, Jeff was introduced to Roy in 1987 with The Wilburys and they brought him back into the spotlight, this song and everyone from the lp was done with absolute love, and you can hear it clearly in the interviews Jeff did about the album.

I have this on what I think was his last CD release. He showed us a totally different side of himself with the type of music he did. I loved it--every song on the CD was 110% pure ROY ORBISON!!! That's what he gave us throughout his career--he never held back and the older he got, the better his music and voice got. What a vocal range!! I thank God we have him to keep his music alive in our hearts!! AMEN!!

I agree fully that this whole 'War on Terror' is a senseless, half-hearted joke, but where does this bottomless pit of victimization sentiment for military personnel come from? Of course they should be used as efficiently as possible, but it's not like it's the toughest job ever. You are clearly confused about Christianity. Jews look for a messiah as written in the old testament. torrah or whatever you wish to call it. Isaac was man's sacrifice, Jesus was God's, this is the fulfillment of the covenant. Isaiah 53:5 clearly describes the crucifixion long long before the act occurred, many verses of Jewish scripture clearly mark Jesus as their messiah. Why do I judge him? The example your refering to without exagerrating was testing whether or not Potassium-Argon Dating could be used for a certain type of rock inside a lava stream and the conclusion was it couldn't. Stones have had their formation in volcanos recorded and being no more than 50 years old they showed dates of millions of years in age via potassium-argon dating yet it is "Fact". I found that information in less than 3 minutes on a google search the other day. We do not have the answers to this yet, it is up for debate. For Roy Orbison, and for fans of American music, 1969 was a watershed year. when he was with brecker and hancock he was fenomenal, but what he is doing with the Rh-factor is really his personal music. Fortunately, he still keeps on playing more traditional jazz (with his quintet). I think for Hargrove this is a perfect way to aboard new musical ideas and grow as an musician.
