I had breast reduction and lift on Sept. 29th 08. & had 3 1/2 lbs removed from each breast. I was huge. Will be a 36 or 38-C. I was told that it will take up to a year for my new breasts to settle in and look normal. Right now they are tight to my chest & look like a mans peck muscles. After 3 times of having to take Estrogen pills because of Endometriosis and finally stablizing the size of my breast and health issues, I've decided to eventually have a breast reduction and tightening, because (in tears) I've had to buy a whole wardrobes of bras (twice now) and many of my BLOUSES! It is miserable when your clothes don't fit right. I used to be able to buy whichever clothes I thought were cute and not even have to try it on sometimes. That could NEVER be an option, now.

one can be mindful of ANYTHING one is doing; mindfulness can be practiced anywhere and at anytime, even while engaging in unwholesome acts... thus, it really has nothing to do with "Buddhism" per se. Though the historical buddha was the first to teach "mindfulness" methodically as far as I know.

A very clear, jargon-free and warm explanation of mindfulness meditation and its benefits. I'm still trying to decide if mindfulness can really exist apart from its Buddhist roots. There was no mention of Buddhism in the video (for which, by the way, I have huge respect) but was that a Buddhist picture I saw in the background?

The result will be that the only signals that pass through the first hush is the stuff you want heard. then you get an even sound and more sustain from your compressor (i use an mxr super comp) And then the only stuff that reaches your dist pedal is your playing, not the small annoying slide sounds, puffs, whaps and so on ;). I use a blackstar tube dist box which generates alot of noise, so i use another hush after that. and trust me the sound coming out of my amp is perfect. purer than pure:).

heres what you do: Buy either 1 or 2 rocktron hush pedals. The first you put very first in your chain, and turn up the sensitivity till you no longer hear these unwanted sounds. This is not a high setting unless you have your pickups sitting too close to the strings. then you put a compressor next in your chain to tidy things up and help that slight sustain loss you get from the hush(very minimal loss). Then you have your dist pedal. and if that is noisy in itself you use the other hush( cont.)

youre absolutely wrong. Shanedv... i had the excapt same problem. people just wouldnt listne to it and kept saying it was my technique. but it wasnt tho. If you have hi gain settings you barely have to touch the strings to make noise. This is very frustrating especially in quiter solo's like hevens door etc. Dont beat yourself up over it tho. Even slash today makes some noises from the other strings, it isnt head in context but can be heard when playing by yourself. I have the answer tho.(cont.)

so If i use a distortion pedal, put it in the chain and if I use the Gain from my amp (Laney LCR15 Combo) then put it in the FX loop? Referring to the decimator regular. not the g-string. I don't think i need to pay that much for a noise suppressor so the regular one is fine. I get this super high pitch squeal when i run my distortion with a compressor(BOSS CS-3). I have a Ibanez S620EXQM with a PAF JOE Neck PUP and an EVO2 Bridge.

that one can go either in the loop or in your chain, depending if you want to cut interference from either the preamp or your guitar. There's a new one called the Decimator G-string that can do both at once.
