Ummmm...... no. sorry, but this is a SOLO album. Just because he has a backing band doesn't change the fact that this album is under his name only. Also, the first album that Bright Eyes truly wrote and recorded (and by Bright Eyes I mean Conor and Mike Mogis) was Fevers and Mirrors, because Letting Off the HAppiness was technically solo. Conor hasn't been solo since the 1990s, that is, the album being released under HIS name only. Okey-Dokey!

Um...not correct either. He had the solo stuff ("Water" first), then Commander Venus, then he started Bright Eyes (still a teenage) and while in Bright Eyes he did Desaparecidos. He was never in Cursive. This is his first solo album since "Soundtrack to My Movie" (1996?) and the Mystic Valley Band merely backs him (he's not the only member of Bright Eyes either. He stresses the roles of Mike Mogis and Nate Walcott.)

Hey,srry for the confusion m8.I was a little off-base there anyway it's easy to get a little worked up over this stuff b/c it's so overwhelming once you've been "awakened". Unless you stopped it at exactly the right moment you couldn't c it b/c there's 2 still frames displayed at 1:13, the one I mentioned..and one that looks like Egyptian hieroglyphics if I'm not mistaken.
