I dont know ive seen some scientists say they cant feel pain, some say they can feel a diffrent kind of pain, some just say yes they feel pain.

Computer reacts too, but it does not feel anything. Reacting is not the same as feeling, plants react like little machines. Pain is unpleasant feeling of excessive discomfort, in lack of better words. Plants cannot do that.
