I haven't looked for the sheet music but I'm sure if you look at his fingerings when you can and you use your ears you can definitely figure this piece out. Its not fast and you can pause and go back if need be until you get it. That's what I do all my music. I listen and try to match..its definitely better training then trying to look for the sheet music.

Well, its about being happy. If someone is happy with their body being bigger then by all means, keep it! But this woman looks much happier inside and out now that she has lost the weight and kept it off. Also, it's not very healthy to be that big, and there are things you can't do when you are obese that can make a person feel limited. So yes dysmorphia and obesity are two extremes, the key is to be happy and try and find a balance somewhere in the middle. And she was beautiful before!

There was only one study that claimed "kidney damage" from too much water. The people had proteinuria(protein in their urine). It is a symptom and does not always indicate actual kidney damage. They were drinking four liters of water a day; 18 large glasses on average. Then they cut down their water intact, and after a week the protein in their urine went away.

your only supposed to drink enough water to keep you hydrated - & it varies from person to person. some people only need to drink 3 glasses, while others need 3 litres. that hole 8 glasses a day thing was ditched because people were killing there kidneys coz they were taking in more water than their bodies could process :D i was also told by my accupuncturist to only drink when i was thirsty, coz i was retaining heaps of water. so basically, that "8 glasses a day" crap is all just a myth

The one thing I would disagree with in this video - though it was very helpful! - is having NO treats in your house. Yes, you want lots of healthy options available, but if you deprive yourself the one thing you truly love - say, for me, chocolate - you will eventually seek it out and you will BINGE. I am very petite and always have chocolate available to me. Knowing that it is always available calms my mind, I don't feel deprived, and therefore I can rationally access whether I truly want it.

Thanks, e-force [this is a response to the "lose 20 lbs in 2 weeks" ad that keeps popping up all over the site]. I removed the ad, but this is totally true: Beware of things promising this much weight loss in so little time. First of all, it doesn't work, and second of all, you lose water weight and muscle, and end up looking baggy and saggy and feeling like crap.

Wow, that is a lot of weight in just two weeks. It is very unhealthy though. No weight lose program is going to really work in the long run. It's said a healthy weight to lose per week is around 2 pounds. Patience is key. you want this to be a lifestyle change not a quick weight loss fix.

I do not know about that. It could be that they are trying too hard (not likely) or do not care about the production quality for important reasons. It may add to the rawness of the music and how close it is to visceral human experiences. As for Black metal, it kicks serious ass. It is soooo f'n amazing.
