Genius. Although, I gotta say I prefer the album version. It has far more emotion when you consider what the song is about. from the denial of the anger of the character for not getting better, to the outright bullshit hatred of the character for not TRYING to get better, it really speaks volumes of Maynards mother. Especially the 'you fucking disappoint me' part. For some reason, maybe cos it takes so long to build up, i found the album version meant so much more to me. Amazing, either way.

if you saw them when they opened up for NIN on the fragile tour they had a 7 song ep for sale. It contained the demos Billy presented maynard prior to him joining the band with him doing all the vocals and music. needless to say the drums were not all that great and the overall sound was not as polished as apc. I must admit though the unplugged versions of orestes with billy vocals is damn good. If i were maynard it would make me want to work with him also. Go to pirate bay for a torrent file.

It's a plausible thought, cuz PLC did do show(s) w/ APC and Danny did come out and play with them on Thomas at least once in 2003. However, I might have to disagree considering how short that guy looks and how tall Danny is. But I'm also fairly certain it's not Joey from Slipknot. I could be wrong about everything. Maybe it's both combined. But I'll throw my idea out there... judging by his hair and the way he moves... definitely Animal from The Muppets.

i dont think he dislikes zwan, its more that he felt that he belonged to smasnhing pumpkins, or i should say that style of music and writing. He enjoyed zwan while it lasted but im sure feels more at home where he is now
