As I remember it, Bruce Lee only auditioned for the lead role. He wouldn't have won over the American audience not only because of his think accent, but because he would've been a serial-killer monk. That dude would never have agreed to be called "Chinaman" as many times as they said it in the show. And he enjoyed killing too much. ;) Lee was also turned down as Kaito, sidekick to Green Hornet, in the 60s Batman series. Attitude problem as he couldn't deal with losing a fight to Robin. ;)

Credo sia un procione o qualcosa del genere. Per chi diceva che le voci sono diverse nel film. Si, alcune voci non sono le stesse. Quella di oogway ad esempio, nel trailer è ridicola, ma nel film è migliore. Ma la cosa peggiore della versione italiana non è il gruppo di doppiatori, ma la traduzione vera e propria. Pessima, parole sbagliate e localizzate male. Battute che si potevano rendere bene rovinate e totale noncuranza del cambio culturale tra le due lingue.

I would suggest to you (and I am sure that you have heard this time and time again) - BJJ. It's effective and it's so fun; furthermore it's an art that any body type can do and implement rather quickly. The spinning and such is great if you can do that; even some Kung fu masters can't do what the man in the video did; he's very athletic.

Now I'm sorry for asking stupid stuff, but I really know nothing about Kung Fu. All that spinning stuff he does, is that really kung fu? What's the purpose of it? It looks damn cool, but I see no fighting efficiency in it. If I would start taking Kung Fu classes, would I (after many years of training of course) learn how to do those spins? I'm currently looking for martial arts to try out. It doesn't have to be effective in a fight. I'd prefer it to be good exercise and that cool. Any tips?

You are right on this point, it's hard to anticipate the other guy's move, BUT...I was talking about a MASTER, not a little street fighter...you don't become a master in 2 days...so that means that the guy trained himself to anticipate. All martial arts need a quick step.. it dose not matter how hard or how good you hit. the most important thing is the steps. Without fast steps... you basically loose. A person with fast steps wins most of the time. Karate lacks the steps, their agility is too slow. the most dangers martial art master is the Kung fu master.

well i have pretty mutch practiced all martial arts, i like trying them out and see if they work and karate does, stick with the arm and hand lock's, hit the ribs and the face with a fist and just a couple of fingers depending on the damage and pain you wanna do, you can also save yourself the work and break his arm or fingers with the karate locks. you can also play dirty and hit in the balls, eyes and throat if you really wanna win
