jajaj, pues cuando quieras quedamos y tocamos un poquito de michel camilo, eso si esta bien eh! jejej, el tema de amores del sur, no es de bisbal, ahora mismo no recuerdo de quien es pero no es sullo. Ok, lo de la técnica puede que tengas razón,pero lo de voz nasal creo que sobra...y no hay duda de la versatilidad de su voz.Quizás no tenga conocimientos de técnica...pero tiene tablas,lo lleva dentro, nació con ese don, es todo un artista... Estoy en total desacuerdo contigo, yo curso estudios superiores de musica, y entiendo bastante de técnica de canto, si te das cuenta, cuando canta fuerza la garganta y suelta mucho aire. La técnica correcta es la diafragmatica en el cual todo se esta apollado y hay una gran diferencia en el sonido y afinación. En general los cantantes de pop,etc no tienen técnica, solo conozco una excepción, Monica Naranjo. Un Saludo

thanks for clarifying your comment. The only one of us really looking to go pro is Mike Kross. The rest of us just do this as a hobby. Mike Kross actually is doing training, at WWA4 in Atlanta. He was the one that contributed the most to the ring as well. As for the whole backyard thing....the only wrestlers I can recall getting recruited from a background standpoint were the Hardys and Shannon Moore, but even then, they went on to a semi-professional organization before they went to WWE.

IFBB pros only gain 5-12 lbs of solid lean muscle in 12 months..... now you just might gain 35-50 lbs of just weight but realistacally only about 5 lbs of that might be muscle.... think of phil heath, hes only 215.... his goal is to gain 10 lbs of muscle a year... than you got super heavy weights like coleman and cutler who might gain that a year if thay go hard...

IMHO a raw beginner with good genetics and enough money to buy alot of protein could probably gain 35-50 pounds of solid drug-free muscle in 6-8 months by using heavy duty. I doubt that any other system- westside, joeweider, ironman, poliquin, kramer, scott, hatfield, costa, etc. could bring someone from a solid 150 to a solid 200 sans steroids in only six months. A genetically gifted man may gain 100 pounds in a year and quadruple his strength.

My deadlift routine is singles only, 4 up and three down pyramid. Doing reps on dl's feels bad to me for the lumbar muscles. I also do no more than 5 reps on the front squat. By contrast, I do 20-50 reps on legext, hacks, and quad presses. my reps for any press movement (eg. bench or military) and for lat work is in the 8-12 range per set. My major split from Mike is that I sometimes do pulldowns with an overgrip and I also do front delt raises.

I train at a YMCA and there are guys there who do Ironman/Weider training, 5 sets of 10 reps for such obscure excercises as preacher-bench one-arm db hammer curlsnand everything else They look the same as they did five years ago, and are using the same poundages. I think Mike and Art were right- as you get stronger, you must progressively reduce volume and frequency. If you do circuits more for cardio or muscle endurance than power, it is a different story. In 100 years we may know the truth.

Why do you people threat HIT like it`s something different and unike from all other programs out there? IF you analyse HIT part for part, you will see it has very much in common with most training protocols. And markus don`t even do one set, but 3-6 sets and even more on every muscle group + that the trains 3-4 times a week and not every 3-6 days like Mike recommended. You are so stupid^^

Well, ACW was actually taken under an actual promotion and there are actually several other promotions under those initials if you google ACW wrestling. So we became a wrestling syndicate rather than a federation because our roster is made up of mostly wrestlers from other promotions in Georgia. Therefore INTENSITY is the main stage in Georgia backyard wrestling where all feds come to compete in their major climax matches.

One of your wins was due to White Truck hitting the ref and getting DQ.
