Watching this made me cry. I have almost accepted my fate of never having children, it hurts so bad, I believe it always will. There isn't a day that passes where I don't think about wanting to give the one I love a child - There's not a moment I don't wish to one day hold a baby in my arms and call it "mine"..I worry the one I love will walk away later in life and I feel hurt by the sympathies I get for it. However, I'm overjoyed you have got through this. Thank you for such a moving video. xxx

oh here come the tears! thank you for making this video. we have been trying for almost 3 years. it feels as if no one takes me seriously, even the doctors. "just be patient" "it will happen one day" etc. sometimes i forget im not the only one, but i know miracles can happen, so i try to keep positive now, and take each day, month and year as it comes. ladies, keep your heads up, remain positive & one day, we will be the mothers we have always wanted to be. good luck xxx

adoption is not for everyone... it costs alot of money and if thats not an issue some people genuinly have a problem with the fact that they are not their biological child.... for some people its just not for them... i think your comment was alittle rude, but i hope that if you are wanting a child you get one... good luck with wahtever your hopes are!

Alone as the only couple without kids but surrounded by them at kid's birthday parties, alone at the park watching all the lucky parents walk with their kids in strollers. Awesome story! I cried when I saw this. When my husband and I were ready to have children, we thought we would be pregnant within 3 months (cuz that is what happened with most of our friends) - but after 2 years, tests (everything seems to be ok), fertility drugs, we are lost, on why it ain't happening. We are giving up and going on,...someday it will happen.

What a narrow minded post. It is not "going against God's will" to pursue having a child if you are infertile. People who are infertile are entitled to do whatever it takes - IVF, whatever - in order to get pregnant. And there is nothing you can do about it! So get over it. I love the video as a female with MRKH a syndrome of infertility. I disagree about the men i hear you but i mean ive talked to men with infertility and frankly they didnt care. Im not saying every guy is like that but women are the child bearer no matter what we cant have a child i am possitive there are ways to get a mans spouce pregnant with his own baby by surgery or something. after over 2 years of trying I was diagnosed with endometriosis just 2 weeks ago. Hit me like a freight train. I have to endure 6 months of lupron shots and seeing this video gives me hope... I have a very good friend who is struggling with infertility and the Docs are telling her she may have to have a hysterectomy. It is a very emotional issue and I agree that people think they are giving good advice and mean well, but say the wrong thing. I have been trying to get pregnant for years now and recently confessed to my best friend, as she was lamenting about struggles with her kids, that it's too painful for me to listen to it. I told her I know how selfish it must sound, but it's the truth~she should be so GRATEFUL for her kids. But on the other hand, I understand that she's just blowing off steam. I know it's hard not to lose hope and after years of IF and miscarriages I learned that as long as there is life, there is hope. You are alive and as long as you are alive, there is STILL hope. I know when you've been trying for so long that a few months seems like a lifetime but it isn't and you can make it through. Good. That's the best you can do. I have seen people - mainly "outsiders" rather than the patients themselves, come to think of it, get confused about the fact you can feel two things at once. (These are the people that hide their kids from you because they figure it will upset you, which is sweet, but misguided, or the people who get huffy with you because you deign to let a pensive look cross your face when their family's around.) It's fine to be jealous. Don't go all hateful at yourself over that. But remember this, too: it's fine to feel ok sometimes. It's fine to enjoy being with children, even if they're not yours. And hopefully their parents will let you be ok and enjoy being around their families, too. Right there with you Cal. got about 3 different sets of friends that have now just had a baby, 1 is preg./w 1 2yo. already, another who i have been mates with since puberty had an unwanted pregnancy but she m/c'd (My blood was boiling for months), and well the other one has got a beautiful baby girl who is our God Daughter, and we are greatfull to share the love of that gift of life but nothing will ever take away the feeling of Jealousy for either of those friends, so i do know what its like :)
