The answer in short is yes, yes, and absolutely not. With regards to who they plan on putting in these camps, it can include whites, blacks, latinos, etc. Anyone they deem "potential terrorists", which can include abortion protesters, animal rights activists, gun owners that don't want to give up their guns, 9/11 truth activists, or really anyone that does not want to go along with the status quo. Check out Bush's Executive Order# 11490 & many others for "laws" on place to carry this out.

If a person has a strong enough psychological need, they can convince themselves of anything. The things in this video have a 100% agreement with what you would see at a train station undergoing renovation, but to some people, despite that total and complete lack of evidence, this can only be a concentration camp.
