this was one of the best fan films I have ever seen. it wasn't the best production value, but it was by far the most creative. eveyr fan film I see is a bunch of guys trying to live out their child hood fantasys in a lightsaber fight. each one is identical, one or two cheesey lines, a crappy lightsaber fight, then credits. everyone is the same shit. this was origional, and actually funny. thank you for using your heads rather then just trying to do another lightsaber fight no one wants to see

I have known for this since back in Febuary. The problem is that it's for Mac's only, and since I hate Mac's and think they are trash I had to do it all the hard way for a project I was working on at work. I did a presentation Star Wars style. So using photoshop and after effects I accomplished the same thing, and for the Fox logo I used 3-D animation studio.

I saw an episode of batMan like this. Dracula or some other vamp. comes back from the dead & of coarse wants BatMan to join him. The vamp. turns almost everyone in the city into vamp.s & Bruce creates an anti vamp. thing that reverts people back to normal via injection. He suites up w/ dozens of these things & takes out the army of vamp.s with the cure then go's after the head vamp. & ends up killing him! Yay, BatMan kicks ass!

This was made as the first project in a video class in college. The assignment was intended as practice on the cameras and editing equipment. This is what I made. It was not made for youtube or the internet. That being said, I hope you enjoy.

Very nice adaptation! I imagined this scene in my head to be faster-paced when I first read the book. Otherwise, I don't blame the makers of this fan film for not having access to all of the settings and props that would better suit plot and characters.

I've just recently read "Watchmen" and I really enjoyed this scene. It was good that the actors were unknown and that the settings were very ordinary, because the characters themselves were just ordinary people who had decided to be masked adventurers or vigilantes. So I thought this approach made the scene quite realistic - just two blokes in a house chatting away. Where was Archie though ? Just kidding !!

Pretty sweet for a fan-made movie scene. They fit their parts to a T. I would love to see David Hayter's (he wrote X-Men) screentest used as an "audition" to write and direct the film. Scottish actor Iain Glenn was Nite Owl, and an unknown as Rorschach as a favor for Hayter. Supposedly, it was done word for word, but that version of the film (whose ending had Nite Owl murder Ozymandias at the end) was scrapped. Can't wait for the Jackie Haley and Patrick Wilson version to come out!

Thanks! There is one more episode that needs to be finishing for 'season 1'. Yeah... originally if we had a 'second season', we would have had Wesley become a badarse by spraining his finger, going to the hospital, having the characters ignore him, and have had him become bitter and overcompensate by becoming 'ultra-macho' by not bathing and striking a male model pose every few seconds (for no reason). ;)

I figured that with the speed of the fight and in how little time they actually fight (aka get the snot beat out of them) they wouldn't be sweating. I wanted her to feel a natural sense of awe. Super heroes have always felt to me like you just can't take your eyes off them. It's a presence that's emitted. It's a stage presence. I tried to use the pauses to demonstrate the awkwardness from being in awe. Thanks again for the comments! I really appreciate it!

Yes, cleaner shots, also u should have gotten all those dudes to take like 2 laps around the block and sprayed some water on them (to make em' look sweaty) ; Ur heart gets pumping during a fight. Also , u have to be really picky w/ casting... some of the villains didn't seem like villains to me. I don't why she enamored w/ him, why is she? I think because he's more mutant than superhero. He's not a superhero where he comes from so much as King and ruler. He has a greater responsibility than people can fathom. Also I don't think writers have understood how to bring him across as a character everyone can identify with.
