Look guys countries who dont make their own fighters sometimes upgrade the old fighters but to the level of very recent aircraft, like turkey or greece does and by the way F-16 is a death trap it has a record of 200 crashes(more than any plane in the world) without entering combat, no wonder US pilots prefer F15 and f14 better than the F16 and the f18

Yeah.... it was a real shame that the F-20 never went into full production because of the U.S. government's and the Reagan administration's push to promote the then new F-16 Falcon. The F-20 Tigershark actually had a radar/navagation system and manuverability superior to some of the early models of the F-16s.

Sure, altought the F-5EM has modern avionics, it surely must be replaced by a 4.5/5th generation arcraft, since it has limited lifetime remaining. Brazilian fighters consist in around 50 F-5EM (some claim the Brazilian Air Force FAB intends to acquire some 20 F-5E and upgrade to BR standards before 2010. We also have an interception squadron near or capital currently operating Mirage 2000C with Matra Super 530D BVR missiles along with Magic 2 SRM.

There have been a few tornadoes as strong as this one but their winds couldn't be measured. No one can tell you which is the strongest tornado to ever hit the USA. The data simply doesn't exist.

Ah thank you for reminding me. That also brings up a good point of gas milege from supercars. When people buy a supercar they never talk about why, because they say they don't care. Trust me they should care in a Vette you get 18/26, I think hopefully someone knows the real numbers. It's good to know that you can step on the pedal at full throttle knowing that you didn't just empty your tank. this cell is unbeliveable! it didnt just produce this tornado it did quite a fyew and they were slow moving and the rainshaft was well away from the mesos so great visibility and a great storm and the weird thing is that they seemes to wabble around sometimes retracing thier own paths ! this was one out of a fyw .. one was a wedge! but it had alittle more speed .. the ppl on the highway seemed to pay no attention b cause they had no clue of the danger keep in mind in canada these are rare

It's obvious that you know more than these storm chasers. the fujita and enhanced fujita scales rate tornadoes based on the damage they cause. a rope tornado can have winds up to 250mph and wedge tornadoes can have winds as low at 60mph. If you are going to run your mouth, have at least half of an idea what you are talking about.

Now that I can watch videos of it here, it just breaks my heart. As someone who has taken shelter many times as Mobile was hit by hurricanes (including several Category 3 and 4), I know the sheer power of what storms nature can bring. F-5 Tornado touched down 45 KM west of Winnipeg, in the small town of Elie Manitoba. Several homes were destroyed, and the tornado flipped over a semi-trailer on the Trans-Canada Highway. Environment Canada confirmed this was an F5. At least 7 tornados touched down in southern Manitoba that weekend. No serious injuries were reported. June 22, 2007. 7-PM.

Looknofurthafella, you are retarded. This was at it's begining stages in this video. And secondly you could not have walked through it. I know that was sarcasm but still. 1. This tornado did a big amount of damage to a lot of areas. Which is why it was rated F5. Not all tornadoes have to completely level structures to be rated an F5. 2. Size does not matter! It could be a damn wedge tornado 1 1/2 miles wide and still be rated an F0. It all depends on the damage done.

F1 would be the father would be a Serval, an F5 would mean it is 5 generations (or great, great grand father) removed from the Serval. The cats are not fighting. If you have ever seen a real fight you would know what I was talking about. They are just playing. Moja the F1 female in the video (now grown up) is the sweetest thing ever and she mothers all the other cats. She does love to romp though. These two would sit for hours grooming each other and chasing each other through the house. Not sure who David Attenborough is, but I will look it up. Not sure what the point is there, sorry.

Bengals fight less if you (their owner) discourage them. Mine fight, but when they do, I don't video it, I distract them. They hardly fight at all now, because they sense, I think, that we don't like it. These aren't wild animals and you aren't David Attenborough. There's no scientific value to letting them fight and it will increase their stress levels.

A wonderful play video! Notice how both cats seperate and BOTH continually re-engage because they are having fun! I have Turkish Angoras and Savannahs, and they play equally, without regard to "breed" or the presence of a few genes from another species. What is also interesting is how kittens learn bite supression. When a playmate makes a noise that says "that bite was too hard", the other playmate learns just how to play without hurting. Great video, beautiful cats!

I don't think it was an F5 at the time it went through the base. Also, old tornadoes will keep their Fujita scale rating an are not rated on the Enhanced Fujita scale.

No time - this wasn't like a hurricane where you have days to evacuate. Even with ample warning, it takes a long time to prepare an aircraft for flight. Best bet was to just secure them as well as possible and hope for the best. Even if they could have gotten a few of them airborne, that air mass was probably so unstable it would have been dangerous to try and fly through it. There were over 80 aircraft on the base that night between active duty, national guard and transient (visiting) units.
