Homosexuality goes against all logic, morally its a sin in all types of religions (believe it or not,most human morals come from religion)& scientificaly it's against the whole concept of nature which is REPRODUCTION. Its not ridiculous. In many historical cultures Homosexuality was considered normal but even in those societies, marriage was never considered. There is no need to change a societies entire definition of marriage so long as civil unions are made available. A female gay friend I know said "Its selfish to step on an entire societies value system and WORLD history simply so you can say "I'm legally married." when you have all the same rights through civil unions made available."
