Actually, it is not normal. The level of body fat in elite sports such as gymnastics is so low that it delays the onset of puberty in most competitors. This results in primary amenorhea, which in turn can lead to problems down the line such as osteoperosis. Yes, they are fit, they are beautiful, but they in NO WAY represent normal development in pre-pubescent girls.

OMG! I love this show. I literally grew up with it. I was 7 yrs old when this came out and I watched it with my family for years! Always singing along and laughing. I didnt get alot of the jokes at that age but as I grew I got more and more. My mom had recorded this on a VHS. Somehow we lost the tape! I was always so disappointed when Id go looking for it in her huge cabinet of recorded VHS movies! lol. But this is just awesome. TY SO much for posting this!!!
