I have also problem with motivation. Though it has been better when i started to set up goals to myself and mention this goal to other (then you feel more obligated not to give up). Always do test continously, but not too often of course. That way you have something to strive for. set up a race with friends, or sign up for a competition. Maybe you can set up a scheduel for a month. That will get the train going, and get you addicted to training and used to release energy at those times.

Man, you can't judge that RS4 because you don't know its history. That's what I'm saying. No car is supposed to break but sometimes it happens! I also have an Audi 80 (1989) at home and it has 300,000 km running with its original pieces! Where do you live? Who cares if the COROLLA had clutch problems, that is the CHEAPEST car Toyota makes. Lexus is the best of the best quality. You can look at the history of all the top manufactures (Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, Audi) Lexus ALWAYS ranks higher in quality and reliability and you cant argue that!

Its new because they are testing it right? Plus even if it was used a few times it still shouldn't break that quick. You dont see the Lexus ISF breaking in any tests, it built to last. Lexus are built with the "Relentless Pursuit of PERFECTION!" I own a 98 Ls400 with 140,000 miles on it and NOTHING has ever broke no repairs at all for 10 years! All the features still work flawlessly and I drive it hard all the time. Try that in an AUDI, Mercedes, Bmw. IT WONT HAPPEN!

it broked, i think he was a lil bit disapointed i would still get a bmw over this it was nice but with 420 Hp and strugled to get to 155 isn't good an 03 vett could get up to 175 with less then 400 HP still very nice car for daily driving 4/5 for the audi

I don't like BMW's because the glues they use for the interior are really bad for your health. And, like the newer Audi's unfortunately the centered longitudinally-positioned engine doesn't improve occupant safety. Like asbestos-bad, except there are no regulations or clauses on this so they continue to use it.

Depends, Audi's have the most rigid and more importantly; light frames to date. Almost as rigid as tube frames used in motorsports. It only gives you a huge disadvantage if you are trying to get out of the car after it's been wrecked, simply because the hydraulic bolt cutters used by firemen to extract occupants can't chew through the frame.

Jeremy is just too cool. Nice to hear that he won in Zurich race on Friday. In Olympics, seems like he ran too fast in the beginning and no gas left at the ending run, while usually last stretch run is his strongest part but that time, he just lost his mindset. I've also shocked to read about the article in 4X400 relay in Olympics, Jeremy's time was 43.18 which was same speed as Michael Johnson's world record.
