I love how so many people are telling beginners to get gsxr 600's or R6's or any supersport for that matter...This is the reason we all have to pay an arm and a leg for insurance on these bikes! The best beginner bike is something that has little power and people can learn the fundamentals. Ninja 250/500, Suzuki GS 500, Honda Nighthawk, etc. As someone else mentioned not "R" Series bikes. Buy a used beginner bike and learn to ride if you have not ridden before.

R1 is no bike for beginners it is a monster, I have a 08 black raven r1, I started with an R6 which is the way I reccomend you go, because if you accidently crack the throttle or down shift at the wrong time your ass is gone. I absolutely HATED Van Halen during this period. Eddie doesn't look healthy, he's obviously overweight and drinking too much. That said however, it's AMAZING how much he has maintained his chops and mastery over his instrument! It's a different Eddie for sure, no red and black stripes or long hair, but it's the same sound.

I was only six years old, when I first played this game (Amiga 500 version, really good sounds). I didn't even know how to speak English back then. But I guess this game taught me a lot of English at an early stage =D. I wonder why we can't have any educational games at schools. Ppl bore the hell out because reading too much books. I used to be, and still am, a Spongebob fan. But there are quite a few things about the movie that really disappointed me. -All of the retarded musical numbers, especially the one at the end. -The whole Hasselhoff sequence. I honestly don't get it. -There's a crapton of scenes that don't advance the plot at all. Like the bar sequence, the angler fish sequence, etc. -The Krusty Krab 2 was never mentioned in any episodes or canon after this movie... so what happened to it?

You don't want your car breaking down or running out of gas on the autobahn like this user showed when he cruised at 158 mph for 10 minutes. Yes, speed does kill but then that would mean the US should revert back to the 55 mph national speed limit of the 1970s-80s. Unfortunately, because Americans are very busy and they want the economy to flourish, Ronald Reagan had to raise the speed limit to 65 as well as letting the giving states the right to set speed limits. To add, this means people must ADAPT to higher speeds.

I had a chance to play this piece (and others) with him in the eighties. He has a way to pull you "in" with him. You actually play better when you play with him. It's like playing next to a human engine.

Nothing surprises me with Al! I've been lucky enough to have seen him with John Mclaughlin and Paco De Lucia, and in Return to Forever with Lenny White, Stanley Clarke, and of course, Chick Corea. It was for me a life-changing occasion, I never viewed live concert performances the same since.
