Auto accident of a 19th District beat car, involved in a crash on February 9, 2008 at the intersection of Irving Park Road & Leavitt with real time audio of Zone 2 & M.F.A.O. Officer reported to Zone 2, that she had been hit by a van. Officer was check out on the scene by C.F.D. Amb. 40, but refused service.

Scott St.

Extra alarm fire of the Cities Services Plant, L. Fish Furnature Warehouse along with many other large factory's & warehouse. Fire was one of Chicago's largest fires in Chicago's history. The location is just south of I-55 between Pulaski & Cicero Aves. on the southwest side of the city.

Video of all three Engine Company's, 37, 41 & 58, docked on the Chicago River at Wacker Drive in 1990. Engine 41 had already been sold and not city property. The boat had been turned into a floating party boat for rental. This is why it is letter "Chicago Fire Boat" instead of Chicago Fire Department. Engine Co. 58 is the ONLY fireboat that is still in service within the City of Chicago.

Gas line malfunction in Engine Co. 14 Still District on January 17, 1992, which caused multiple fires in the area. Natural gas pressure increased causing a sudden gas increase to pilot lites or flames to explode on appliances like hot water heater's, cloth's dryers, furnaces and space heaters.
